Amy Tilley-Boyd, founder of the KOVH Foundation, is turning 50 on February 11th, and she’s using this milestone to amplify her life’s mission—supporting veteran families facing or recovering from VA foreclosures. To commemorate her birthday, Amy has launched the ‘50 for 50’ campaign, aiming to raise $50 from 50 donors to support KOVH’s critical initiatives, including the “We’ve Got Your Backs” care package project.

The KOVH Foundation, inspired by Amy’s personal fight to save her family’s home from foreclosure, is the nation’s first nonprofit dedicated to this issue. Through legislative advocacy, social awareness campaigns, and direct support for veterans, KOVH is making a meaningful impact on families in need.

“Turning 50 is a personal milestone, but it’s also an opportunity to give back,” said Amy. “This campaign is about ensuring no veteran family feels abandoned in their time of need.”

The funds raised through the campaign will go directly toward KOVH’s care package project, which provides essential resources and peace of mind to veteran families. Supporters can contribute by:

  • Donating $50 at https://kovh.betterworld.org/campaigns/50for50 to help us reach our goal of 50 donors.

  • Purchasing dog tag keychains and bracelets emblazoned with the phrase “I love the smell of diesel in the morning”—a nod to the military community.

  • Sharing the campaign on social media using the hashtag #50for50KOVH.

Amy’s birthday will also feature a live-streamed event where she will share her story, highlight KOVH’s work, and thank supporters.

Join us in celebrating Amy’s 50th birthday by making a difference in the lives of those who have served our country. For more information or to donate, visit https://kovh.betterworld.org/campaigns/50for50
